Following graduation from post graduate program, he attended in many advanced and international well known courses, seminars and congresses ( more than 30 rounds) and he could be present in lectures of the most famous dental implantologists such as prof. Brannemark, prof. Erickson, prof. Zarb, Dr. misch, Dr. Bouser, Dr. Paulo Malo, Dr. M. Salama and many other legends. So he improved his knowledge in dental implants treatments. On the other hand he participated in most important esthetic dentistry in the world and could upgrade his knowledge and expertise in field of esthetic dentistry by getting familiar the most advanced concepts and techniques of several stars in this field of dentistry such as prof. Galip Gürel, prof. Chu, Dr. Pascal Magne, Dr. Edward McLaren, Dr. Feradiani, Dr. Sidney Kina and many others. Therefore he gathered a unique art and science update, so his practice and also training programs became exceptional.

After university due to his vast knowledge and experience, he dedicated a notable time to train general dentists in field of implant dentistry. In less than 7 years he trained more than 800 dentists both theoretical and clinical through his basic to advanced courses.

From the mid 2010s evolution in bonding and introducing the new generation of dental ceramic, changed restorative dentistry. Generally speaking adhesive dentistry make minimally invasive restorative treatments more accessible and entered to everyday practice. Therefore Dr. Navab payed a serious attention to this area. Although he was too far beyond the other clinician in Iran and region, he tried to pass his knowledge and clinical techniques to other dentists. As the result, more than 1500 Iranian and also foreign dentists has been trained by him during last decade. Through his short and also comprehensive training courses based on minimally aggressive treatment and smile design, the point of view of dentists gradually changed and this make an evolution in public to have an alternative view to cosmetic treatment with most conservative methods. Tens of lectures in Iranian and international congresses make dentists attention to these concepts and techniques.

Going deeper in conservative dentistry, he introduced the application of 3D microscopic treatment in field of esthetic dentistry for the first time in Iran and region. Using this device improves the preciseness in treatment radically. Beside that at the same time of using digital dentistry became popular in many field of dentistry in late 2010s, Dr. Navab processed the digital work flow in smile design cases by porcelain laminate veneers. Now he pass his experience in this area to other colleges through digital dentistry courses.

At this moment, after more than 20 years clinical practice as a prosthodontist and smile designer, he has done more than 12000 units of dental implants and also more than 15000 porcelain laminate veneers for his patients which is a world wide noticeable achievement.

He had a private practice from the beginning of work as a dentist and now his second clinic is operative in Alanya, Turkey.
